This site is dedicated to those pictured and listed above, and the 41 others - not pictured - who paid the supreme sacrifice for our nation on December 7, 1941 when USS Utah was sunk at Pearl Harbor during the sneak Japanese attack.
For a complete listing of USS Utah Casualties, Please Click Here.
Note: Pallas Franklin Brown survived the sinking of the USS Utah. He was killed aboard USS ARGONNE by friendly fire on the night of December 7th.
This site is also dedicated to our veterans of all wars, especially the crew members of USS Utah who, for the most part, spent the next 3 years, 8 months and 25 days at war. We further salute those of our ranks who have now joined the staff of the "Supreme Commander."
When this site was constructed a few years ago we stated that it was our hope that those who come after us will never allow this great country to become so weak militarily that it will invite another unprovoked attack.

A sad Postscript: On September 11, 2001 - almost 60 years after the Pearl Harbor Attack, the civilian population of the United States of America was attacked - again without warning. This insidious unprovoked attack was carried out, not by a recognized military force, but by suicidal terrorists in a most inhumane manner. The attack killed the crews and passengers of four civilian airliners, as two were crashed into the towering buildings of the World Trade center in New York City, and one crashed into the Pentagon building near Washington, D. C. The fourth aircraft, which was, in all probability, targeted against our nation's capitol, crashed in Pennsylvania due to heroic efforts of some of it's passengers to retake control of the aircraft. Thousands of civilians and military personnel at work on their jobs in the World Trade Center and the Pentagon building were killed. Thousands of others were wounded. It was another sad day for America, and the free world.
Subsequently, the U.S., along with "some" other nations has declared war on terrorism on many fronts. Today, our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims of this senseless act, and with the Armed Forces of the US and our brave allies who are now risking their lives to eradicate the evil face of terrorism from the earth! FREEDOM WILL PREVAIL!
God Bless America!
